"Just thought I'd give you an update on Gabe. We entered our first ride together on saturday-50 mile Quicksilver ride. I wasn't racing, just wanted to finish without any metabolic or soundness problems. We ended up in the top ten- 7th place and BEST CONDITION AWARD!!

"Once again, please accept our most heartfelt thanks for sharing Whip with us and making that long trip to get him here safely.
"We went on a slow, leisurely ride through the ALT campground. We went casually and stayed on level roads for about an hour. What a joy!!! It was the first ride Kathy and I have been able to take together since moving to Cool. Whip could not have behaved any better than he did for Kathy. He was exceptional in every way.

"I almost fell over when I watched George unloading Tazz. Now THAT is the way it is suppose to work. Although it was almost dark I took one look at Tazz and said WOW, this is a nice horse!
A month later....
"Tazz and Ret are doing good. I've only done one serious ride with both. Damn rough winter we are having here. I've had four offers to buy them. The vet said if you ever what to sell Tazz just give her a call. I told her 'geez you really fall fast. You haven't even asked me how he rides.' To which she said 'I know a good horse when I see one'." Marti

"I purchased Cajun from Wendy about two years ago and just knowing from the first time with Cajun what an outstanding athlete and friend he was to become; I've always talked to him about being as good as his father; proud, loving and always there for you as a person. I am so lucky to ride Cajun; I certainly have other horses that are very good but there's just something different about completing a ride on Cajun.

"I crossed my fingers and entered her in the High Desert Classic 50 this Sat. She was great - not perfect but very reasonable. We still need to
work on some control but she just gets strong and willful, not nutty.
"I'm really excited about her and really really like her. Oh, and we came in 13th out of 39! AND, took it easy (as easy as one can take on her that is) - we walked the sand hills, walked the rocky areas, had a really delightful day. She got all A's on her vet card all day except a B+ for gut at the end. Anyway, I thought she did excellent and appreciate the help you gave me getting started with her! THANKS!" Lois Wifall
